4.*Rescheduling Policy*
- Customers may request a change to their membership booking date and time within the three-month validity period, subject to availability.
- All change requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled appointment.
5.*Late Cancellations and No-Shows*
- If a customer cancels their booking less than 24 hours before the appointment or fails to show up, no refund will be provided.
6.*Service Provider Cancellation*
- If AiG is unable to provide the service, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days, after deducting any applicable taxes.
